COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information created by or for government to identify or describe a property. It is independent of the identity of the owner and unaffected by changes in ownership. On its own, it does not reveal any information about an identifiable person. - ‘Other Spatial Information’
Spatial information other than ‘property information’ that describes the location of objects in the real world and the relationship between objects. It contains no personal information.
PSMA Australia Limited may collect Personal Information together with Corporate, Property and Spatial information in its day to day business.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information may be used for the primary purpose for which it was obtaining including:
- Providing services and products to clients;
- Web site and system administration, including monitoring to prevent security breaches;
- Customisation of web site to the user’s needs;
- Relevant company announcements and newsletters; and
- Evaluation, research and development.
SECURITY
All Corporate, Property and Spatial information together with any Personal Information are stored securely by PSMA Australia Limited.
