Our Boards of Directors

The state, territory and Australian governments each nominate a highly qualified Director to join the PSMA Australia Board. The Chairman is an independent, non-executive Director.

This unique ownership structure means there is no majority shareholder, allowing decisions and direction to be set by all governments working together.

Between the four normal meetings each year, the Executive Committee provides the linkage for the CEO to the board.

The board maintains a three-year strategic plan for the organisation as well as an annual program that contemplates all activities to be undertaken within a financial year.

A brief description of our current board members is provided here.
