Our Board of Directors
The state, territory and Australian governments each nominate a highly qualified Director to join the PSMA Australia Board. The Chairman is an independent, non-executive Director.
This unique ownership structure means there is no majority shareholder, allowing decisions and direction to be set by all governments working together. A brief description of our current board members is provided here.
